Off-White™ and its founder and creative director Virgil Abloh have partnered with Braun to create an exclusive alarm clock, which will be delivered in two limited edition color-ways. The collaboration launches today, as part of an ongoing, overall venture between Abloh and Braun. Focusing on elements of the industrial and the everyday functional. In this link-up, the values of each brand meld together, creating a synergistic outcome of technology, novelty, timelessness and innovation.
The alarm clock model of choice is Braun’s classic BC02, which is an understated and compact analog piece derived from the iconic AB1, designed by Dieter Rams and Dietrich Lubs in the late 1980’s.
The new Off-White™ c/o Braun edition is available in a highly saturated orange or a muted light blue color scheme, along with Off-White™ branding. These distinct Pantones were chosen, says Abloh, because they immediately and naturally “stand out in an interior setting design.”
